Humans are adults, or animals is one who has grown in all its potential. When used with human beings, the term "adult" may mean something related to legal or social ideas. Contrary to those who are who is not considered to be an adult or "minor" legally adult is a person who has reached the age of majority which makes them independent as well as responsible and competent. The term "major" may be used to describe them. The point at which a person turns an adult legally is 18; however, the definition of"legal maturity" may differ based upon the nation or legal system in place, and also the psychological condition of the child.

Human development is the time that is when physical and mental maturity has been achieved. Adulthood is commonly considered to begin at age 20 or 21. Following middle age (starting around age 40) then comes old age (around age 60). The beginning of adulthood occurs between the ages of 18 to 30. The middle age stage begins from between the mid-30s and the 60s. Late adulthood starts at mid-60s. Physical maturation has been completed when we enter our early adulthood (20-40s), although your weight and height could be a little higher. The physical abilities of our bodies are at their peak at the age of young adulthood. This is reflected in muscle strength and reflex speed, as well as senses, and heart functioning.
